Return​ Policy

Items can be returned within 20 days after purchase. If 20 days have gone by, we cannot offer you a refund.


Please make sure that the items you are returning are unused, in the same condition as when you received them and must be in their original packaging as well.

Be reminded that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your purchased items. To complete your return request, you will need to include your receipt or proof of purchase. You can return your items to our

You are responsible for making arrangements to receive the goods you ordered. If the goods are held at the post office or a delivery company’s depot because no one was available to get them when they were delivered, it is your responsibility to swiftly collect the goods.


To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure that the address you supplied is accurate.

Please be advised that if you wish to receive your order on a specific date, kindly ensure you give enough time and consideration in placing your order in advance. Remember that the postal services during Christmas and the bank holiday periods are limited.
